What is your return policy for paddles?

We offer a 30-day play-test guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your paddle, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided it shows no signs of excessive wear or damage.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Honolulu Pickleball Company paddles come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

How do I care for my pickleball paddle?

To maintain your paddle's performance, wipe the surface with a damp cloth after play, avoid leaving it in extreme heat (like inside a car), and store it in a protective cover.
