Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and paddles are still in their protective plastic shrink wrap.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our team inspects the returned equipment at our Honolulu warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
